How It Works
Dot® pouches contain two separate components:
- Side A: Oxidizer
- Side B: Patented NT7® Activator
When mixed properly, Dot’s patented Dilute Oxidation Technology® is activated, delivering powerful cleaning with significantly less chemical usage.

How to Mix
- Fill a mixing container with 1 gallon of hot water per pouch.
- Pour the contents of Side A (Oxidizer) into the water and stir until fully dissolved.
For best results, use a power drill with a paint mixer attachment.
- Add the contents of Side B (NT7® Activator) and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixed Dot® solution into your preferred spraying equipment.
Powered systems are recommended for tough cleaning jobs.
How to Use
Once mixed, Dot® can be used with your existing equipment to clean tough mold stains. For peak performance, use the solution within 2-3 hours after mixing.
- Apply Dot® to surfaces and allow it to dwell.
- Finish with wiping or scrubbing as needed.
- For best results, a second application may be beneficial in some cases.
- Dot® continues working until treated areas are fully dry.
